National Night Out - 2010
RECORD
TURNOUT!!
Over 150
neighbors attended our National Night Out Event this year! All enjoyed
plenty of Barbeque Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, fun games and fellowship in
the cool setting of St. Alban’s courtyard.
If you have the opportunity, please thank our sponsors: St. Albans
Episcopal Church for sharing their grassy lawn and kitchen, Viry's Party Rentals for providing the Moonwalk, Go
Neighborhoods (LISC/Avenue CDC) for awarding LPCC a Grant for funding,
Starbuck’s for providing coffee, Moses Medrano for rocking DJ services,
Kristina Montez for photography and All Our Volunteers!

Officers
The new Board elected its officers at the September 15th
Board meeting. Please click here to see the new board officer! The Board also voted to move the
monthly Board meeting to the 2nd Thursday of every month @ 7:00pm. If you wish to speak to the Board at a

Invoices for
the LPCC annual dues!
July 29, invoices to our property owners and residents were
mailed. Annual dues are $25 per year for each voting member. As you may have noticed on the back of
the invoice, we’ve had many expenses
this year, some of them quite unexpected. Please help out with whatever
