Chapter 42 Information
Interested in Preserving the Character of Lindale Park? A group of residents has begun the effort to preserve the character of our neighborhood through Chapter 42 - the city's land development ordinance.
They will be asking residents to help preserve the neighborhood by establishing a minimum lot size, preventing incompatible residential development (like this).
Please take the time to talk with them, sign the papers and help protect Lindale Park. If you have questions, email them to Gwyn (gguidy@comcast.net) or Kathy (gutierrezkathy@sbcglobal.net) or info@lindalepark.org.
Lindale Park’s AREA applications for Minimum Lot Size protection (only single-family residences) is alive and well.
All Areas have completed voting and have passed with overwhelming support. The next step is for the items to be placed on the City Council Agenda and voted on by Council.
